"The plan is to reach 55 percent," said SMI Main Director Edwin Syahruzad, Wednesday (27/3/2024).

Meanwhile, in early January 2024, SMI has started its share ownership in the Bocimi Toll Road by acquiring shares in PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR), a subsidiary of the state-owned company PT Waskita Karya, in PT Trans Jabar Tol (TJT) as the owner of the Bocimi Toll concession for 25 percent.

Meanwhile, Director of Financing & Investment Sylvi J. Gani explained that the acquisition value of 25 percent of Waskita's shares was IDR 755 billion.
"Officially, at the beginning of January, we will enter the Trans Jabar Toll Road or Bocimi for 25 percent, that's a value of IDR 755 billion," he stressed.

In line with this, SMI will also issue new shares to complete the construction of the Bocimi Section 3 toll road, the Cibadak - West Sukabumi section.
Meanwhile, the issuance of new shares and additional share ownership will be carried out in stages along with the completion of the Bocimi Toll Road construction until 2026.
